Abstract:
본 연구는 21세기의 화두로 제시되고 있는 융합기술에 대한 기업이 요구하고 있는 융합형 인재에 대한 기업의 인식을 규명하는데 있다. 이를 위해 대전지역의 기업 110개를 대상으로 기업이 인식하고 있는 융합형 인적자원에 대해 기업의 기술경쟁력 수준에 따라 실증분석을 통해 조사하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 기업의 경쟁력 수준에 따라 선도추격자, 혁신자 및 후발추격자로 분류하여 이들 기업들이 기업 경쟁력을 강화하기 위한 수단으로 융합관련에 대한 패러다임을 어떻게 인식하고 있는지를 조사했다. 선도추격자들은 종합설계자, 문제해결자와 통찰자의 인재를 요구하고 있으며, 혁신자들은 종합설계자, 문제해결자와 전문가를 요구하고 있다. 후발추격자들은 전통적인 인성을 중요시 했다. 기술경영에 대한 인식으로는 모든 집단에서 중요하게 생각하고 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 선도추격자 및 혁신자들은 미래시장에 대한 예측을 위해서는 CEO 및 연구인력 그리고 중간 관리자의 역할이 중요하게 나타났으며 이들에 대한 교육은 이종기술과의 융합능력, 기존 기술의 첨단화 능력 및 시장 수요에 대한 이해를 요구하고 있다. 자사의 제품 혹은 기술에 대해서는 이종 기술과의 접목이 매우 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 융합기술분야의 전문가에 적합한 인재상은 선도추격자와 혁신자들은 다른 업종과 접목하는 전문가, 기술과 경영을 잘 아는 전문가 및 동종의 다양한 기술을 접목할 줄 아는 전문가를 요구했다. 반면에 후발추격자들은 다른 업종과의 접목하는 전문가를 요구했다. The primary purpose of this paper is to identify the cognition of the convergence human resource for firms. For this purpose, Data have been collected from 110 firms in Daejeon city and studied the convergence human resource which recognized by firms on the company competitive power level. The results of this empirical studies are summarized as fellows. We classified in company competitive power as leading chaser, innovators and late chaser. In the talent, leading chasers demanded the total designer, problem solver and insighter, innovators demanded the total designer, problem solver and specialist, and late chasers demanded the traditional humanity. In technology management, all group think important fields. In the demanding forecasting for the market and technologies, leading chasers and innovators demanded the CEO, R&D researcher and a middle manager as the important position. For this education, they demanded the convergence ability of other technologies, the up-to-date abilities of product and technology and the understandings of market needs. In the convergence talent or leader, leader chaser and innovator demanded the specialist who attempted to combine others industries, who know well in technology and management, and the specialist who attempted to combine others technologies. But, late chaser demanded the specialist who attempted to combine others industries.Keywords:

Spirit of humanity is a conception of historical category.The unprecedented challenge and difficulty human beings face today have much to do with the old spirit of humanity.As the outdated spirit of humanity is insufficient for people to solve all those new problems,a new spirit of humanity must be established to satisfy the needs of the current human society.As for the cultivation of students' spirit of humanity,besides the instruction of necessary knowledge,school education can contribute a lot in other aspects.

This paper is mainly about humanity and education on the basis of my own experiences and my son's. Education is part of human life, reflecting humanity which is inventive, creative and colorful. Humanity is trying to be excellent and distinctive by referring to each other. Education reflects humanity for the purpose of creating the man in the true sense, which is combination of being created and creating oneself.

Based on a case study, this contribution provides HEI s with an ideal type model for assessing their innovative ability for cooperative innovations with enterprises. While previous approaches mainly focus on analysing innovation-supporting frame conditions and, on this basis, try to determine the extent of innovative ability, this contribution looks onwards. Therefore, it equally takes the professor acting as an innovator into focus. This creates a bottom-up perspective that shows that different ideal types can usually be found within one HEI since the professors’ individual innovation ability and willingness to innovate can vary significantly from another. The case study results further show that innovative ability often does not arise due to the combination of innovation-supporting frame conditions and the professor acting as an innovator, but simply by the professor acting as an innovator without support. However, acting as an innovator without support leads to dissatisfaction with the HEI and a medium to long-term decline in innovation cooperation activities. Only by analysing both the innovation-supporting frame conditions and the person-specific innovative ability as well as their interplay, the HEI gets a realistic picture of its innovative ability.

The situation of humanity view of 367 secondary school students has been investigated using the humanity - view questionnaire designed by the author of the article. The findings are as follows: the students relatively identify with humanist and cognitive humanity views. Relatively few students identify with behaviourist humanity view. The study of humanity - view difference indicates that the difference exists between boys and girls, students of different schools and students of different grades in some factors of humanity.
