The invention discloses a water-jacket inside-outside cooling structure. An inner water jacket and an outer water jacket form a water way after being welded, radiating ribs are welded in the water way, ventilation covers are welded outside the outer water jacket to form an air way, and radiating ribs are welded in the air way. Circular cooling water is contained in a water jacket, and a winding stator iron core directly contacts with the inner wall of the water jacket and can be cooled well. A water jacket motor rotor is poor in cooling effect in the past, after the air way is added outside the water jacket, a rotor is provided with a centrifugal fan, an axial ventilation hole is formed in the rotor, and the air way is formed in this way; the air way passes the outer wall of the water jacket, the outer wall of the water jacket cools air in the air way, and the air after being cooled passes a rotor ventilation way to realize effect of cooling the rotor. By the structure, the inner wall of the outer wall of the water jacket can be utilized fully to cool a motor stator and the motor rotor, and air way radiating ribs are arranged in the ventilation way, so that radiating area of the air way can be greatly increased; the water way radiating ribs are arranged in the water way, water in the water way can be fully stirred to be heated uniformly, radiating area of the water way can be increased greatly, and better effect on cooling of the stator and the rotor can be realized; after radiating effect of the stator and the rotor is improved, power density of a motor can be increased, and size of the motor can be reduced.
