Temperature dependence of the dissolution enthalpy of the La2CuO4 and Nd2CuO4 phases and complex formation in cuprate melts
1995
Abstract Dissolution enthalpies of the La 2 CuO 4 and Nd 2 CuO 4 phases have been defined in the copper oxide melt. It has been shown that an abrupt change of the dissolution enthalpy of La 2 CuO 4 at 1090°C is attributed to a change of complex type. The possibility of Nd 2 Cu 2 O 5 crystallization in the Nd 2 O 3 CuO system was discussed.
