Control of Nonlinear Optics at a Gold Tapered Tip Excited by Ultrafast Surface Plasmon Polariton Pulses

Nanofocusing of ultrafast surface plasmon polariton pulses excited on an Au tapered tip, and the nonlinear radiation such as second harmonics and coherent anti-stokes Raman scattering are deterministically controlled based on a measured plasmon response function.
