Complex permittivities of IR window materials in the frequency range 18–40 GHz

The complex permittivities of several infrared window materials have been determined at microwave frequencies in the range 18 to 40 GHz using a cavity resonator method. These materials include ZnSe, ZnS, and CdTe.
