Coagulation system is disturbed by several mechanisms after allogeneic haematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT). We evaluated the effect of HSCT on coagulation system by various conventional and investigational methods in 30 children and adolescents who received HSCT due to haematological malignancies.
