    Impact of Digital Literacy on Farmers’ Adoption Behaviors of Green Production Technologies

    Abstract:
    The application of digital technology offers new opportunities to promote the green transformation and upgrading of agriculture. Farmers’ digital literacy, as a critical link between digital technology and agricultural green development, significantly influences their production decisions. Whether digital literacy serves as an enabling factor driving farmers’ adoption of agricultural green production technologies warrants further exploration. This paper uses the entropy method to measure farmers’ digital literacy levels and employs a Probit model for empirical analysis of survey data from 643 farmers in Shandong and Shaanxi provinces, examining how farmers’ digital literacy influences their adoption of green production technologies. The baseline regression result indicates that digital literacy can significantly increase farmers’ adoption of green production technologies. A mechanism analysis reveals that enhanced farmers’ digital literacy promotes the adoption of green production technologies through three pathways: enhancing farmers’ risk perception, expanding farmers’ digital social capital, and strengthening the effectiveness of technology promotion. Heterogeneity analysis demonstrates that improved digital literacy significantly enhances the adoption of four technologies—water-saving irrigation, pest control, pollution-free pesticide, and straw return to fields—and exerts a stronger impact on large-scale and middle-generation farmers. Accordingly, this study suggests improving digital village infrastructure, enhancing farmers’ digital literacy comprehensively, and formulating differentiated extension policies.
    In this thesis,for the first time the author brings forward two conceptions for the factors of production from generalized and special meanings.With the meaning of generalized factors of production,we advance a hierarchical theory about factors of production,which formulates a system of generalized factors of production.These factors include the basic factors of production(elements of production),factors as production units,factors as production industries,factors as production departments.

    In this paper production and availability of machinery for production are considered. Here a machinery of production with two components is considered and that production is full when the machinery is working with both the components functioning well. But there is a chance that the whole machinery may dysfunction because of failure of both components in which case the production comes to a standstill and it is worst crisis. The other possibility is that one of the components may fail but still the machine continues functioning but with less efficiency. The production may continue and if the other component also fails the production completely stops and the situation is critical. When the machine is in one component failure, the failed part may be a repaired and machine can be made to work with full efficiency. But when both components fail, should be renewed as a package and then the production should start. Under such conditions found the steady state probabilities and the rate of crisis and the expected cost of production.

    This article discusses the nature and content of the production potential, varieties of enterprise potentials, as well as ways to improve the efficiency of the production potential of production at the present stage. Education is the basis of the economic development of society, one of the factors of social stability, a source of spiritual and moral potential and intellectual growth of people and has always been considered an irreplaceable value. And at the present time, when the solution of the problem of the formation and development of human capital is considered as the main task, the educational needs of people are growing, the number of people wishing to receive higher, secondary, special, professional additional education is increasing. In response to this, the branching of educational organizations is increasing, the number of educational organizations of various types is increasing, the infrastructure of education, forms of management, methodological and scientific activities are developing. Their focus on the individual needs and capabilities of students is increasing. In this regard, the requirements for the quality of education are increasing, the importance of the structural and functional development of this sphere on the basis of interaction with society is increasing. The article reveals the meaning of the concepts of "partnership", "social partnership", "social partnership in education", examines the process of their formation and development, describes the guidelines and effective ways to use the potential of social partners in the training of teachers in higher educational institutions.     이 연구는 가상현실 기술을 바탕으로 한 Virtual Production 공정을 면밀히 분석하여 영상 제작 실습 교육 도구로서의 Virtual production 활용 가능성과 방법을 제시하고자 하였다. 최근 영상 제작 산업 프로 세스의 변화와 Virtual production 활용도의 중요성을 고려하면, 계속 진화 중인 이러한 기술 기반의 새로 운 실습 교육에 관한 연구가 필요하다. Virtual production 공정을 효과적으로 영상 제작과 관련된 실습 교육 목적으로 사용하기 위해서는 학습자에게 가상 제작 시스템에 대한 이해와 장비 운용에 대한 충분한 학습이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 Virtual production을 활용한 실습 교육을 위해 필요한 개념과 발전과정, Virtual Production 유형에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 가상 제작 프로세스 배경지식을 재정립하고, 학습자의 창의력향상 및 Virtual Production 기술의 습득을 목적으로 실습 교육을 설계하였다. 이를 통해 Virtual production 기술을 활용하여 영상 제작 실습 교육의 궁극적인 목표인 창의적인 시각 연출과 실무 환경에 적응할 수 있는 인재 양성을 충족하는 방향으로 제작 실습 환경을 개발하고 실습 과업을 수행하기 위한 새로운 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 영상 제작을 위한 촬영 로케이션을 이동해야 하는 점과 교육자가 촬영 현장에서 즉각적으로 편집의 효과까지 교육하기 어려운 점 등의 현실적인 문제로 학생들의 창의적인 영 상 제작 활동 및 교육에 기존의 실습 교육만으로는 한계가 있다. 하지만 Virtual production은 학생들에게 적극적인 참여와 함께 창의적인 활동을 할 수 있는 환경을 제공하여 높은 교육 효과를 달성할 수 있는 교육 도구로서의 잠재력을 가지고 있다. 이에 이 연구의 목적은 Virtual production 기술을 활용하여 영상 제작 실습 교육의 궁극적인 목표인 창의성과 실무 환경에 적응할 수 있는 인재 양성을 충족하는 방향으 로 제작 실습 환경을 개발하고 실습 과업을 수행하기 위한 방법을 제시하는데 있다.

    In practice, returns on investments in IT cannot be directly verified and it is difficult to identify the proportion of the shared IT budget allocated to each stage for multiple production process. In order to measure the IT returns on each stage directly, this paper proposes a simultaneous production functions model for the multiple production process connected in series. This model can be used not only to identify the impact of IT on firm performance, but also to estimate the technical efficiencies of each stage for multiple production process. It can be shown that the difficulty of identifying the shared inputs in each production stage will disappear with this new model when those decision making units have the same allocation of IT budget.

    This article examines how the development of virtual production is disrupting the film and television industry. Virtual production is a way of creating content which captures digital assets and environments 'in camera' and in real-time during shooting, rather than these assets being added in post-production. We review the use of the production network concept - a systematic way of examining a set of linked economic activities - to analyse film and television production, and present a new version which includes virtual production activities. We mobilise this model to explore how virtual production is creating a major shift in film and television production. We explore the movement of work from post- to pre-production and how virtual production is facilitating new business models that allow companies to shift their focus to other parts of the production network. Finally we examine how companies and individuals are responding to the emergence of gaps in the tradition film and television production network through entering it for the first time, mergers and acquisitions, and partnerships.
