Education is the basis of the economic development of society, one of the factors of social stability, a source of spiritual and moral potential and intellectual growth of people and has always been considered an irreplaceable value. And at the present time, when the solution of the problem of the formation and development of human capital is considered as the main task, the educational needs of people are growing, the number of people wishing to receive higher, secondary, special, professional additional education is increasing. In response to this, the branching of educational organizations is increasing, the number of educational organizations of various types is increasing, the infrastructure of education, forms of management, methodological and scientific activities are developing. Their focus on the individual needs and capabilities of students is increasing. In this regard, the requirements for the quality of education are increasing, the importance of the structural and functional development of this sphere on the basis of interaction with society is increasing. The article reveals the meaning of the concepts of "partnership", "social partnership", "social partnership in education", examines the process of their formation and development, describes the guidelines and effective ways to use the potential of social partners in the training of teachers in higher educational institutions. Kangaroo care refers to an approach to breast feeding first tried in Colombia during the late 1970s in an attempt to reduce the spread of infections resulting from newborns sharing hospital incubators. The method involves draping a blanket around the mother and infant, dressing the infant in only a diaper and holding him or her upright between the mother's breasts during feeding. In kangaroo care, the mother essentially became the infant's incubator. A study led by Dr. Jo-Ann Blaymore Bier, an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Brown University, has determined that for underweight newborns, the direct skin-to-skin contact with their mothers during breast feeding experienced through kangaroo care may be beneficial to their health. The study involved 50 newborns who weighed less than 3.3 pounds at births. The infants breast fed through kangaroo care were more likely than preemies who were breast fed while clothed and cradled in their mothers' arms to still be breast feeding 1 month after hospital discharge. Moreover, mothers in the kangaroo care group had more stable milk production and breast fed longer, helping infants' immune systems strengthen. It is thought that the direct skin-to-skin contact helped the mothers and infants bond psychologically, stimulating maternal milk production. Kangaroo care infants also had higher oxygen levels in their blood, possibly because they received more oxygen from their mother's breast milk. Immature infants' lungs need high levels of oxygen in order to develop properly.

Our objective was to determine the tolerance to kangaroo care in the delivery room.We have studied 651 normal full term newborn infants delivered in our hospital during an 8 month period. Immediately after birth, the newborn infants were dried and placed in skin-to-skin contact between their mother's breasts. They remained in kangaroo care in the delivery room, during transportation to the post-partum area and in their room as long as two hours. The kangaroo care duration, the infant's post-kangaroo care axillary temperature, the mother's and infant's attitudes and the type of newborn feeding were recorded.Of the patients studied, 533 (82%) were put in skin-to-skin contact and the kangaroo care lasted 49 +/- 23 min (mean +/- SD). Eighty-percent of the mothers had decided previously to breastfeed their child. The post-kangaroo care axillary temperature was > or = 36 degrees C in 96% of the newborns and it was proportional to the kangaroo care duration (r = 0.31, p < 0.0001; IC 95%; beta = 0.0038-0.0068). During kangaroo care, most of the mothers looked at their child and were happy, although 21% felt tired. Almost all infants (98.5%) stayed awake. The newborn infants who spontaneously did the first breastfeeding during the skin-to-skin contact remained more time in kangaroo care (60 +/- 22 vs 36 +/- 17 minutes; p < 0.0001). If the infant remained more than 50 minutes in kangaroo care, he had nearly 8 times more probability of breastfeeding spontaneously (odds ratio = 7.73; IC 95%: OR = 4.02-15.1).We recommend kangaroo care in the delivery room as a safe and well tolerated method for mothers and newborn infants which contributes to their well-being. In order to improve breastfeeding and the newborn's temperature, we recommend that the infant remains more than 50 minutes in kangaroo care.
