Chemiluminescence is a phenomenon in which an electronically excited fluorescent molecule is generated during the chemical reaction and emits light as a visual output. Although there have been numerous investigations of chemiluminescence so far, a lot of problems unsettled are remaining, for example, a question of what is the high-energy intermediates that interact with fluorophores. In this review, our investigations on chemiluminescence from the viewpoint of organic chemistry are described, emphasizing the mechanistic studies and the application of peroxyoxalate chemiluminescence. Employing various reactive oxalate derivatives, the kinetic studies allowed us to suggest the structures of the high-energy intermediates in the peroxyoxalate chemiluminescence. The chemiluminescence of the suitable phosphonate carbanions during the oxy-Wittig type reaction was also mentioned, in which the phospha-1,2-dioxetane is the most likely high-energy intermediate. Some chemiluminescence reactions were connected with ligand-metal ion host-guest chemistry to get a useful hint for further application of chemiluminescence to chemical detection.

Abstract Sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl) induced decomposition of organic hydroperoxides gave strong chemiluminescence. Chemiluminescence intensity reached its maximum a few seconds after the addition of sodium hypochlorite and decreased to the background level in three min. Good linear relationships were observed between total chemiluminescence counts in three min and the amounts of hydroperoxides. This chemiluminescence method can be applied to the detection of low levels of lipid hydroperoxides.

Billions of galaxies, stars, solar systems, planets, and other undiscovered mysterious objects are present in the continuously expanding space. Humans took a giant step forward when the International Space Station was deployed into Earth's lower orbit for a better understanding of space. This research focuses of the Artificial Intelligence based technologies that are deployed in the International Space Station and potential models. The study proposes some Machine Learning models and technologies that could be deployed in the International Space Station to increase its efficiency and provide security to the crew. Powerful and trending Machine Learning/Deep Learning Algorithms like ANN and Clustering algorithms are suggested by the paper to get insights from the data gathered from the space and to promote the Industry Automation. A detailed explanation of the requirement, operation, and construction of NASA's "Robonauts" designed for the International Space Station is discussed in the research. The paper also put light on the ATLAS, an asteroid detecting system. The methods for providing medical aid to the crew, debris and its influence, analyzing data and extracting insight from space research data using machine learning are also highlighted. Investigation on how technologies used in space exploration could be used in the ISS to improve its performance and an overview of some of the existing AI-based technologies deployed in the International Space Station (ISS) is discussed.

There are billions of galaxies, stars, solar systems, planets, and other undiscovered mysterious objects in expanding space. Humans took a giant step forward in exploring such a three-dimensional dark box when the International Space Station was deployed into Earth's lower orbit for study and to better understand the environment of space. Previous publications have discussed how artificial intelligence is being utilized to explore space and identify habitable worlds. This paper describes some of the AI-based technologies that are employed in the International Space Station, which is a key component of future space exploration. The study also looks at AI technologies that might be deployed on the International Space Station to increase its efficiency and provide security to the crew. The study includes a full explanation of the requirement, operation, and construction of NASA's "Robonauts" designed for the International Space Station. The paper also mentions ATLAS, an asteroid detecting system. The methods for providing medical aid to the crew, debris and its influence, analyzing data and extracting insight from space research data using machine learning are also highlighted.
