Abstract:
In the previous paper, we used a semiconductor laser and a position sensing detector(PSD) to measure two DOF position of spherical ultrasonic motor(SUSM) and the effectiveness was confirmed. However, we have not realized three DOF position detection and control. Therefore, in this paper, we develop a new spherical rotor with two built-in semiconductor lasers to measure three DOF position of SUSM. Experiments are examined and the precision of the system is investigated.Keywords:

V-detector algorithm is unable to guarantee a large coverage for generated detector.The shortcoming usually results in a large number of detectors in the detector sets and low detection efficiency.An optimized V-detector algorithm was proposed.In the optimized algorithm,a detector was generated on the basis of a randomly chosen uncovered non-self sample,and the detector generation process ensured the detector covered the non-self sample and extended the detector's coverage by determining the detector's center and detection radius reasonably.Meanwhile,hypothesis testing process was used to estimate the coverage of a detector set,and hypothesis testing process was integrated with detector generation process to ensure the generated detector set fully covered the non-self region,and reduced the number of detectors in the detector set.Experimental results indicate that compared with the V-detector algorithm,the optimized algorithm generates a much smaller detector set and increases the detection efficiency.

In the process of machining, it is very important to measure the machining spare parts accurately. 무인기에 대한 관심이 급증하면서 무인기 충돌회피에 대한 많은 연구가 진행 중이다. 충돌회피를 위해서는 무인기 주변에 대한 상황인식이 이루어져야하며 이를 위해 라이더, 영상 카메라, 레이저 센서, 그리고 초음파센서 등이 활용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 MB 1230 초음파 센서를 이용하여 초음파 센서의 특성을 분석하였다. 또한, 동시에 다수 초음파 센서를 사용할 경우 센서간의 간섭영향으로 정확한 거리 측정값을 획득하지 못함을 확인하였다. 이러한 초음파 센서 신호 간섭을 해결하기 위해 다수의 초음파 센서를 동시에 작동시키는 것이 아니라 초음파 센서의 Enable 신호 입력단을 이용하여 각 초음파 센서를 순차적으로 활성화시킴으로써 초음파 센서간의 간섭을 해결하는 방안을 제안하였으며 실험을 통해 제안한 방안의 효과를 확인하였다. With the growth of interest in the UAVs, the study of the UAV collision avoidance is in progress. Lidar, Video camera, laser sensor, and ultrasonic sensor may be utilized for collision avoidance of UAV. In this paper, the characteristics of MB 1230 ultrasonic sensor is analyzed through the experiment. When concurrently using multitudinous ultrasonic sensors, ultrasonic sensors do not generate correct measurement values. To solve ultrasonic sensor interference, sequentially transmitting ultrasonics signal is suggested by using 'Enable' signal input of ultrasonic sensor, so by activating each ultrasonic sensor gradually. This proposed solution is also verified by experimentation.
