    Abstract:
Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of aripiprazol and risperidone in the treatment for schizophrenia with predominantly negative symptoms. Methods 60 schizophrenics with perdominantly negative symptoms were randmly divided into aripiprazol(n=30)and risperidone(n=30)group for 8 weeks. The efficacy and side effects were assessed with BPRS,SANS and TESS respectively. Results Both groups showed significant efficacy in the treatment of negative symptoms and the total efficacy was no significant difference beteeen the two groups(P0.05),but aripiprazol was more effective in inproving abulia and attention disorder, the side effects of aripiprazol were few and slight. Conclusion Aripiprazol is a very effective and safe antipsychotics in the treatment for schizophrenia with predominantly negative symptoms.
Objective:To evaluate clinical efficacy and safety of Risperidone combined Mirtazapine in the treatment of negative symptoms of schizophrenia.Methods:136 patients with predominantly negative symptoms of schizophrenia were randomly divided into study group(Risperidone combined Mirtazapine) and the control group(Risperidone alone) with10 weeks' treatment.PANSS and TESS assessed the efficacy and safety respectively. Results: After treatment,PANSS scores were significantly lower before treatment(P0.05).4,6,8,10 week after treatment, the negative factor scores of study group were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was significant(P0.05 or P0.01).Two groups of adverse events were mild to moderate. Conclusions: Risperidone combined Mirtazapine in the treatment of schizophrenia with negative symptoms of rapid onset, better efficacy, fewer side effects, and good patient compliance.

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy and side effects of risperidone and sulpiride in the treatment of schizophrenia with predominantly negative symptoms. Methods two hundred schizophrenic inpatients with predominantly negative symptoms were randomly assigned to risperidone group or sulpiride group for 12 weeks. The clinical efficacy and side effects were evaluated with BPRS,SANS,and TESS respectively. Results the clinical efficacy of risperidone and sulpiride are similar, but risperidone was more efficacy for treatment of abulia、interest deficiency and social withdrawal. The side effects of risperidone are few. Conclusion risperidone is highly effective to treat engative symptoms of schizophrenia.

Objective To study the difference of efficacy and side effects between aripiprazol and clozapine in the treatmrent of schizophrenia with negative symptoms. Methods Ten comparative studies of aripiprazol and clozapine in the treatment of schizophrenia with negative symptoms were analyzed by meta-analysis in efficacy and side effects. Results 1.Therapeutic effect of self-control of aripiprazol was great.d=-1.77,95%CI(-2.10,-1.43),χ2=11.87,P0.05.2.No significant difference of efficacy was found between aripiprazol group and clozapine group at the end of 2nd week and the trial,yco=-0.01,95%CI(-0.17,0.14),χ2=1.43,P0.05;yco=-0.07,95%CI(-0.21,0.08),χ2=11.87,P0.05.3.The side effects of aripiprazol were slighter than clozapine group.Conclsion The therapeutic effects of aripiprazol and clozapine for treating negative symptoms could be similar, but aripiprazol has fewer side effects.

Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of aripiprazole and risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia negative symptoms.Methods:60 cases were treated with aripiprazole in a regimen of 10-30mg/d,and 66 cases were treated with risperidone in a regimen of 4-6mg/d.PANSS、TESS were used to measure the efficacy and safety. Results:The positive scale factor scores, negative factor scores, general psychiatric symptoms factor scores of PANSS in the patients of the two groups between before and after treatment were significantly different, between the two groups there was no significant difference in curative effect. The aripiprazole group was less to the risperidone group in the adverse reaction. Conclusion:The treatment was better efficacy that aripiprazole treated negative symptoms of schizophrenia, and risperidone also. But the safety of aripiprazole was better than the safety of risperidone.

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy and side effects of risperidone and sulpiride in the treatment of schizophrenia with predominantly negative symptoms. Methods Sixty two shizophrenic inpatients with predominantly negative symptoms were randomly assigned to risperidone group or sulpiride group for 12 weeks. The clinical efficacy and side effects were evaluated with SANS,BPRS and TESS before and 1、2、4、8、12 weeks after treatment respectively. Results The total scores and decreasing scores of SANS and BPRS had no significant differences between the two groups. After treatment, the total scores of SANS and BPRS were significantly decreased in each group.Risperidone had fewer side effects. Conclusion Risperdone is an effective and safe antipsychotics in the treatment of schizophrenia with predominantly negative symptoms.

Objective To compare the efficacy and side effects of ziprasidone and risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia dominated by negative symptoms. Methods 80 schzophrenic inpatients dominated by negative symptoms were randomized into ziprasidone group(40 cases) and risperidone group(40 cases) treated for 8 weeks. The efficacy and side effects were evaluated with Positive and Negative Symptom Scale(PANSS) and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS).Results There was no significant difference in efficacy between the two groups(P0.05).However,the incidence rate of side effects in risperidone group was significantly higher than that in ziprasidone group(P0.05).Conclusion Ziprasidone is effective and safe for the treatment of schizophrenia dominated by negative symptoms.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and the compliance of risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia. Method The schizophrenia in 20 cases were treated with riperidone for eight weeks. The groups were assessed with the PANSS and the ESRS.Before and after treatment, the effect with positive and negative symptoms, and the side effects of extrapyramidal system were evaluated with RSESE. Results The effective rate of risperidone for schizophrenia was 90% after 8 weeks treatment, and there was no serious side effect. Conclusion The risperidone is a effective drug for both the positive and negative symptom and the compliance is good, so risperidone can serve as the first drug in the treatment of schizophrenia.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and side effects of quesetiapine in the treatment of schizophrenia. Methods 65 patients with schizophrenia by CCMD-3 were randomly allocated to 2 groups treated with seroquel or risperidone for 8 weeks. The Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS) and Treatment Emergent Symptoms Scale (TESS) were used to evaluate efficacy and adverse effects respectively before and at the end of 2, 4, 8 weeks of treatment. Results The therapeutic efficacy in group was similar to that in risperidone (P0.05); There was no significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). Incidence of adverse effects in the quetiapine group was lower than that in the risperidone group, but the difference was not significant (P0.05). The rates of extra-pyramidal symptoms and endocrine change were significantly higher in the risperidone group than those in the quetiapine group (P0.05). But these side effects were not serious, and patients often had good torlerability for them. Conclusions The results suggest that seroquel is as effective as risperidone for the treatment of schizophrenia, but the 2 agents have different side effects.
