    Abstract:
    Through improving the equipments and exploring the operation characteristics,some experience on one HG670/13.7-L.PM19 CFB boiler was gained since commercial running.In order to strengthen the safe characteristics,thirty operation conditions were measured with the optimization regression method.Moreover,the paper analyzed the boiler load,ash,volatiles,low calorific value of coal,coal granularity,bed pressure,the ratio of primary air,the ratio of the up secondary air,the ratio of the down secondary air,Oxygen quantity.

    Bed temperature was the key influential factors to circulating fluidized bed(CFB) boiler's stable and economic operation.It analysis the effects of bed temperature to the CFB boiler operation,SO2 and NOx emissions,and put forward the main affecting factors of bed temperature.Then adjustment measures of bed temperature were put out.

    The second boiler is the equipment of Dongfang Boiler Company in a thermal power plant,which model is DG1069 /17. 4-Ⅱ1. The bed temperature distribution is higher in the middle than both sides during the boiler operation. To solve the problem,carried out the operating data analysis,the improvement program of nozzles and the effectiveness analysis of the program,etc. The data comparison shows that the bed temperature difference has been significantly improved in most conditions,while there is a small bed resistance increasing after the transformation. This paper provides valuable test data for the energy saving of similar CFB boilers.

    Presented was a CFB boiler system( referred to as RGCFB for short) for recovering the low temperature flue gas waste heat by utilizing a separation type heat pipe air preheater and established was a model for calculating the flue gas and air resistance,fan power consumption rate and net efficiency. On the basis of the operating parameters of No. 1 CFB boiler in Jingyu power plant,a contrast and analysis were performed of the thermal efficiency and net efficiency of the CFB and RGCFB boiler under four operating conditions. The research results show that the thermal efficiency of the RGCFB boiler is 1. 28 to 2. 23 percentagepoints higher than that of the CFB boiler and the net efficiency is 0. 51 to 1. 18 percentage points higher than that of the CFB boiler. Finally,the factors influencing the net efficiency of the RGCFB boiler were analyzed and the fact that to use the net efficiency as an index for evaluating the operation of a boiler can effectively guide the economic operation of the boiler was pointed out.

    Deferent from the developed countries,the force that promotes circulating fluidized bed (CFB)boiler in China is the utility of low rank coal instead of environment protection the 58units of 135 MWe CFB boiler located in 15provinces in China were investigated,and the effect of fuel heating value on their reliability,environmental protection performance as well as economy was compared and analyzed.The results showed that although CFB boiler could burn low rank coal ,its operation performance depended on the fuel property.The reliability decreased with the fuel heating value decreasing.While,the power supply coal consumption and the electric power consumption ratio were improved by increasing the fuel heating value.It is very difficult to operate CFB boiler when the fuel heating value lower than 10.5MJ/kg.

    Through analyzing the pipeline characteristics of the primary air and secondary air on circulating fluidized bed(CFB) along with several operating data from commercial CFB boilers,the selection principles of primary air fan and secondary air fan are studied.The results indicate that the maximum air flow and maximum pressure head of the primary air of a CFB boiler are not at the same operating point,forming a pipeline characteristic completely different from that of a pulverized coal boiler.The pipeline characteristic of the secondary air of a CFB boiler is similar to that of a pulverized coal boiler,but with the pressure drop produced by the particle concentration in the furnace added to the system resistance.When a primary air fan is selected for CFB boilers,the pipeline characteristic curve should be entirely included by the fan performance curve,and inlet guide vane adjustment or variable speed adjustment of lower energy consumption should be adopted.The selection principle of the secondary air fan for the CFB boiler is similar to that of the centrifugal fan with the pressure drop caused by bed materials beingestimated.For 300-MW CFB units,the pressure drop is usually between 5.5 kPa and 7.5 kPa.

    Aiming at high power consumption by auxiliaries of circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boiler, combustion tests were carried out on a 300MW inferior anthracite fired CFB boiler to decrease the bed material inventory via energy saving combustion technologies for CFB boiler based on fluidization reconstruction. The effects of fluidization reconstruction on boiler performance improvement were analyzed. Application practices show that after fluidization reconstruction, the power consumed by auxiliaries of the CFB boiler decreases obviously. Auxiliary power ratio of the 300MW boiler unit has been reduced from 6.1% to 4.3%. The erosion of boiler heating surface has been alleviated obviously.

    The material balance and the materials concentration are bases for ensuring normal operation of CFB boilers.Through summarization of situation in starting-up of CFB boilers equipped for 2×300 MW units at each time,Datang Honghe Power Generation Co Ltd has gradually grasped the main points of control in strating up of CFB boilers for 300 MW units with low bed material,i.e.adding bed material into furnace through coal-feed line,and the bed pressure and bed temperature should be well controlled.By using said starting-up mode,the time used for starting the CFB boiler up can be substantially shortened,and the fuel oil consumed in starting-up can be reduced.

    CFB boiler burning is a complex process which influenced by variety of factors,it carried on the boiler thermal efficiency test in three coals and changed conditions of different loads by SG-475/13.9-M567 CFB boilers,and concluded that load and coal was the main factors which influence thermal efficiency of circulating fluidized bed boiler,while excess air coefficient,the primary air rate,bed pressure,bed temperature and other operating parameters was adjustable within a certain range for the CFB boiler thermal efficiency,then be able to guide plant load distribution,and coal deployment,combustion adjustment of CFB boiler,in order to obtain a good economy,and to provide a reference to other CFB boiler operation.

    Circulating fluidized bed(CFB) boiler is a mature technology to realize clean coal power generation,while most of them have a low operational efficiency in the operation which directly affects the economical operation of boiler.Based on Performance Test Code for Circulating Fluidized Bed Boilers,the two 490t/h CFB boilers in Tangshan KailuanDongfang Power Generation Co.Ltd(Dongfang Power Plant) are taken an example;both the thermal efficiency test and the air leakage of preheater test are carried out.The calculation indicate that the thermal efficiency of 1# boiler and 2# boiler reach 88.37% and 85.74% under the case Ⅲ,which are 2.83 percentage points and 5.46 percentage points lower compared with the design working condition.The air leakage coefficient of 1# boiler and 2# boiler are 0.156 and 0.153 which are 4 percentage points and 2 percentage points higher compared with the design working condition.The result shows that CFB boiler performance tests can provide data support for CFB boiler optimal operation.
