    Abstract:
    The good effect was achieved,when the DG 440/13.7-112 type circulating fluidized bed(CFB)boiler burned Yima low grade coal.The paper briefs the combustion features and existing problems in the operation process of CFB boiler while burning Yima coal,as well as the optimization method in the actual operation process,for example,to raise the standard of vibrating screen,add the starting bed material,raise the bed pressure,control the bed temperature,slag disposal,and primary and secondary air quantity etc.

    The use of thermal energy formula,from the unit steam temperature,steam pressure,vacuum and various indicators such as parameters and operation mode to analyze the first Taiwan-made 690t / h circulating fluidized bed boiler unit has been put into operation in the factors affecting coal,Shenhua Yili plant would use this analysis when the unit overhaul to make targeted arrangements,unit coal consumption greatly reduced;for the northern alpine region of the fluidized bed technology,the use of air-cooled units provide a reference method of economic operation.

    Through improving the equipments and exploring the operation characteristics,some experience on one HG670/13.7-L.PM19 CFB boiler was gained since commercial running.In order to strengthen the safe characteristics,thirty operation conditions were measured with the optimization regression method.Moreover,the paper analyzed the boiler load,ash,volatiles,low calorific value of coal,coal granularity,bed pressure,the ratio of primary air,the ratio of the up secondary air,the ratio of the down secondary air,Oxygen quantity.

    CFB boiler burning is a complex process which influenced by variety of factors,it carried on the boiler thermal efficiency test in three coals and changed conditions of different loads by SG-475/13.9-M567 CFB boilers,and concluded that load and coal was the main factors which influence thermal efficiency of circulating fluidized bed boiler,while excess air coefficient,the primary air rate,bed pressure,bed temperature and other operating parameters was adjustable within a certain range for the CFB boiler thermal efficiency,then be able to guide plant load distribution,and coal deployment,combustion adjustment of CFB boiler,in order to obtain a good economy,and to provide a reference to other CFB boiler operation.

    The influence of furnace bed pressure drop on the performance of circulating fluidized bed coal-fired boiler was analyzed,and the design theory and method were proposed for the energy saving circulating fluidized bed boiler with low bed pressure drop on the basis of fluidization reconstruction.A complete set of design guide for the energy saving circulating fluidized bed boiler was formed,and the product structural design of the energy saving circulating fluidized bed boiler was completed.The first set of 75 t/h product with low energy consumption has been in operation in Shanxi Lishi Datuhe Cogeneration Power Plant for 2 years.The operational results and test data indicate that,the optimum combustion efficiency of the energy saving circulating fluidized bed boiler can be obtained under the condition with optimum bed pressure drop.At the same time,the abrasion of the heating surface and energy consumption of the fans can be decreased to the maximum extent.

    From the view point of circulating material balancing,the paper analyzed the high bed temperature problem of a 440 t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler made by Harbin Boiler works in terms of the startup bed material selection,coal quality,the slag-cooling equipment selection,boiler startup time and the capability of recirculation valve,etc.It put forward the corresponding countermeasures and acquired satisfactory result.

    A novel method for predicting the dynamic combustion performances of densephase zone in CFB furnace are proposed based on the improvements on the previous models. The coal particle heating process, the time delay and the subsequent heat release as raw coal with wide size distribution admitted into the furnace are adequately taken into account in the proposed model. The bed temperature responses to the variations of coal firing rates are predicted and compared to the measured data from a 220t/h CFB boiler.

    The operation performance of circulating fluidized bed combustion (CFBC) boiler was studied in this paper. The experimental results indicate that the load of CFB boiler has linear relation with bed temperature and bed material height of operation. By multiple regression analysis, the relation of the load of CFB boiler with bed temperature and bed material height of operation can be expressed as a formula. The suitable temperature and the bed material height corresponding to the load of CFB boiler can be found using the formula; the problem of the boiler to be blindly operated can be reduced in practice.
