Abstract:
Tests were done to research the influence of fuel supply map during start process of electronic controlled diesel engine in using the electronic controlled diesel engine which was combined with CA498Z diesel engine produced by Dalian diesel engine works and VP37 electronic controlled distributor type injection pump management system produced by BOSCH company and VS100 demarcate system which was matched with the management system.Demarcate process of fuel quantity of starting fuel supply map was educed under the principle of low HC emission and rapid start speed.Keywords:

In-situ test device for diesel engine based on technology of characteristic parameter identification
Due to the complexity of running characteristics and process fault of diesel combustion engine’s fuel supply system,the monitoring and diagnosis of fuel supply system fault is difficult.On the basis of analysis of the principle and characteristics,selectiing the fuel supply advance angle of injection process,injection starting pressure and fuel charge as monitoring parameters,the conditioning circuit as well as anti-jamming extraction circuit of top dead point signal were designed.The acquired signal was analyzed by software program,therefore the monitoring and fault diagnosis of fuel supply system were realized.The experiment results show that the system can exactly monitor and diagnoze the fault of diesel engine,and has a wide application.

On the basis of the former mechanically controlled fuel injection system of 6V150 diesel engine,the electronically controlled fuel injection system had been developed,then the electronic control of fuel injection quantity had been achieved. The high speed digital solenoid valve was used as the key component of the electro hydraulic actuator,the MC68HC11E2 single chip microprocessor was used as the kernel of the electronic control unit(ECU). On the basis of the close loop control of the position of the fuel feeding toothed rod of the fuel pump,the close loop control of the engine speed had been achieved.When the electronically controlled fuel injection system was matched with the 6V150 diesel engine, the monitoring and tune up system was developed to meet the demand of matching. The electronically controlled fuel injection system was matched with the 6V150 diesel engine, and the test result is satisfying.

By mapping the entity structural electronic control unit pump injection system of high-power diesel introduced from US,parameters of pump and injector are obtained.Simulation software is used to perform the simulation model of high-power diesel fuel system,which compares curves with locally high-power diesel.The calculation curves show its superiority,which will establish a foundation for optimization and improvement of local fuel injection system.

This paper discusses the research of electronic control distributor injection system of VE type. The electro-magnetic actuator has been adopted in the type of fuel quantity control mechanism, the high speed numerical valve has been adopted as the electronic-hydraulic transferring element in the injection timing control mechanism. The hardware structure of ECU is systematically designed, the control software is designed, which adopt architecture with layered and module structure. The engine bench test results show that the electronic controlled system can realized the expected function, which improve the performance of the diesel engine.

Two-dimensional electronic control of variable geometry turbocharger and fuel injection timing of a diesel engine for optimization of the whole range of performance is presented in this paper. Two-dimensional self-tuning neural network control strategy is used according to the feature of the two-dimensional control. The data acquisition and control system is designed to be composed of five units in two states. Tests on a four-stroke diesel engine show that the two-dimensional control will optimize the whole range performance of a diesel engine to improve the fuel economy and emission, as well as widen the range of low fuel consumption.

The design of electronically controlled gas injection system of dual fuel engines was introduced. The P87C552 single-chip microprocessor was used as the kernel of electronic control unit (ECU), the high speed digital solenoid valve was used as the actuator. Real-time multitask control method was applied for the software to manage the engine. This system was matched with the LR6105 diesel engine. The results show that this electronic control system can control the injection of LPG accurately so that the soot emission was reduced largely, and at the same time, the emissions of HC and CO were controlled in allowed range.

Based on starting characteristic of traditional diesel engine, the starting demands of electronic controlled diesel engine are analyzed. The starting control logic in the electronic controlled diesel engine is established with the help of electronic control unit in high pressure common rail. The fuel quality supplied during starting process is calculated by MAP method, and its adjustment is made with the ramp function. Finally, the starting control system in high pressure common rail diesel engine is designed.

By mapping the pump and the injector of 16V265H diesel engine, it comes to the conclusion of the structural parameters of the fuel injection system for electronic control unit pump. GT-Fuel is used to establish and perform the simulation model of fuel injection system for 16V265H diesel engine. Compared with that of local locomotive fuel injection system, the performance curve of 16V265H diesel engine shows its superiority, which lays the foundation for the following-up optimization of fuel injection system and the localization research.
