Abstract:
Educational mechanism is correlation of each parts of educational phenomenon and their run mode,includes three basic style : administrative level mechanism,formally mechanism and function mechanism of edu-cation.On administrative level mechanism,we need to build an dynamic structure which middle-scopical priority together with microcosmic mechanism;On formally mechanism,we need a service-supervise mechanism of in-struction-service mechanism priority together with administration-scheme mechanism;On function mechanism,we need a dynamic mechanism of prompting and guarantee mechanism priority together with restriction mechan-ism.Cite

Service science aims to explain and improve interaction in which multiple entities work together to achieve win-win outcomes or mutual benefits. In the context of service, service system entities are dynamic configuration of resources, and the four primary types of resources are people, organizations, shared information, and technology. As we can see, people as a part of service systems entities have important role to make the others entities work together to create a value. Thus, how people can work together is also interesting issue in area of service science. In recent years, there has been substantial progress on how people can work together. Game theory has formalized the issue as cooperation problem and represents it as a mixed-motive two-person game. The cognitive demands of forward-looking rationality have led game theorists to explore models of cognition that explicitly describe the dynamics of stepwise decision making. As a result, learning-theoretic models of cooperative behavior are needed. The idea of modeling people as stimulus-response mechanism shaped by learning forces has a long history in psychology. The model uses aspiration as cognitive which stimuli people's action. In a group, people might have different aspiration toward their relationship and might learn with different way of learning to achieve a goal. How people with different aspiration can learn to work together is not a trivial work. In this paper, we purpose a model of sharing aspiration among people in a group to increase cooperative behavior of the people.

The theory of mechanism design can be thought of as the "engineering" side of economic theory.Much theoretical work, of course, focuses on existing economic institutions.The theorist wants to explain or forecast the economic or social outcomes that these institutions generate.But in mechanism design theory the direction of inquiry is reversed.We begin by identifying our desired outcome or social goal.We then ask whether or not an appropriate institution (mechanism) could be designed to attain that goal.If the answer is yes, then we want to know what form that mechanism might take.In this paper, I offer a brief introduction to the part of mechanism design called implementation theory, which, given a social goal, characterizes when we can design a mechanism whose predicted outcomes (i.e., the set of equilibrium outcomes) coincide with the desirable outcomes, according to that goal.I try to keep technicalities to a minimum, and usually confine them to footnotes. 3 I. There are two kinds of management logic in organization,one is emotional logic,and other is calculative logic,which respectively constructs emotional value system and rational control system of life.The real action logic of members of is a game under mixed rules based on specific action system.This paper draws lessons from Chinese ancient management experience,such as the double track system organization in social control and enlightening mediation in judicial process,which we use to investigation problem,and construct coupling mechanism of dual control logics in organization.Research shows that members exchange to each other consultatively with to their respective resources.Under rules of conscious control,all of participants in game are able to develop a kind of directional sense of cooperation,which makes system toward direction of collective action.The mission of management of is to give prudent intervention in countless local order,stimulate group cooperation consciousness,and make its various dispersion goal generating directional polymerization.The clear definition of emotional value system in is an important complement to current scientific management theory and also improves status of irrational factors such as feelings,emotions,intuition,beliefs and so on in management research.

The major purpose of this article is to analyze the role of the "Agency Theory" in implementing effective control mechanisms. In effect, various control paradigms under the following situations are elaborated: a) When the agent's control system is merely based on the output under the condition of uncertainty; b) When the control mechanism is based on the output, and information about agent's action or effort; c) When the agent's monitoring control is based on the output, agent's action and additional variables. It is concluded that agency theory posits different organizational, behavioral, economical and controlling roles, and it is a potent framework which can be extricated in promulgation of the management control systems. Furthermore, the implementation of a control mechanism depends on the amount and contents of the public and/ or private information that exist in the domain of the managerial accounting system. The disseminated information and the concurrent variables surrounding the agency relations are also vital elements in creating any control system. Finally, the optimal control mechanism under each preceding conditions are revealed. Key words: Agency theory, management control, accounting information systems, information asymmetry.
