    Abstract:
The concept, structure and contents of the Internet textbook on classical mechanics intended for Higher Technical Institutions are presented in this work. Aspects of program realization of textbook applications and the technology of elaborating the textbook in the Hecadem Internet-teaching environment are given too.

The teaching experience in recent years shows it is important to introduce scientific methodology into theoretical and material mechanics instruction, which enables students not only to be acquainted with the course content, but also learn the scientific methodology.Having a good grasp of scientific methodology is of great benefit for students to learn new knowledge, new skills, and more importantly to think independently.

The article considers the tasks, functions and structure of a modern textbook on the law fundamentals for the secondary school students. The conceptual approaches to the design of a competence oriented textbook as the main means of teaching the main issues of jurisprudence for students are underscored. The main (textual, non-textual) content components of the textbook Fundamentals of Law are described. The modern requirements for the structure and presentation of the text in the textbook “Fundamentals of Law” as well as the opportunities that are provided by a textbook for the organization of students’ training in law fundamentals by a teacher are defined. The features of the textbook, its structure, the system of cognitive tasks that ensure the formation of the key and legal core competences of the 9th grade students are described in detail.

Arguments are presented to explain why the usual approach to the teaching of introductory quantum mechanics, as well as some newer ones, in general seems to fail to achieve any profound understanding of the subject. An alternative approach is suggested which, although not new, has hardly been adopted anywhere, for reasons which are analyzed. A course which has been based on this approach is described. The main aim of the article is to contribute to, and hopefully stimulate, a debate on the various approaches used to introduce quantum mechanics and the psychological and didactic premises on which they are based.

The basic conception of theoretical mechanics is usually understood ambiguously by students in the courts of learning. To aim on this problem, the internet tutorial courseware for the course of theoretical mechanics has been developed on the basis of basic conception. The keystones and difficulties for every chapter are proposed, and the testing system is constructed in the courseware.

This paper briefly discusses several problems on the teaching of engineering mechanics of university fundamental course.Aiming at teaching the course,it is very important to enable students to understand two issues, firstly let students understand the relationship between mechanics and physics, secondly let students know that mechanics is not only a basic science, but also a technological science. On this basis, teachers can teach in the classroom,in addition to textbook knowledge, philosophical ideology which is implicated in engineering mechanics, the relationship between engineering mechanics and other disciplines, mechanics history and mechanical engineering examples. Also the multimedia technology and traditional method of writing in blackboard should fully be integrated organically. It is not only conducive to active classroom atmosphere, but also make students change from passive learning to active learning. The students' subjective learning initiative is excited fully, and students' creative thinking and innovation capability are enlightened adequately.

In writing this eighth edition of Physics for Scientists and Engineers, we continue our ongoing efforts to improve the clarity of presentation and include new pedagogical features that help support the learning and teaching processes. Drawing on positive feedback from users of the seventh edition, data gathered from both professors and students who use Enhanced WebAssign, as well as reviewers’ suggestions, we have refined the text to better meet the needs of students and teachers. This textbook is intended for a course in introductory physics for students majoring in science or engineering. The entire contents of the book in its extended version could be covered in a three-semester course, but it is possible to use the material in shorter sequences with the omission of selected chapters and sections. The mathematical background of the student taking this course should ideally include one semester of calculus. If that is not possible, the student should be enrolled in a concurrent course in introductory calculus. This introductory physics textbook has two main objectives: to provide the student with a clear and logical presentation of the basic concepts and principles of physics and to strengthen an understanding of the concepts and principles through a broad range of interesting real-world applications. To meet these objectives, we emphasize sound physical arguments and problem-solving methodology. At the same time, we attempt to motivate the student through practical examples that demonstrate the role of physics in other disciplines, including engineering, chemistry, and medicine.

The basic ideas and measures which are concerned with building a new integrated course in the aspect of mechanics are presented concisely. In other words,it is an original idea to integrate general physics mechanics, theoretical mechanics and basic quantum mechanics into a new teaching content architecture. There are several obvious advantages by using this innovative way.In the first place, the content repetition and teaching schedule will be cut down greatly. In the second place,it is more convenient for students to grasp the basic frame of the theory of mechanics, what is more, the students' capabilities in doing research work and innovation will be enhanced.

This book is designed to serve as a textbook for postgraduates, researchers of applied mathematics, theoretical physics and students of engineering who need a good understanding of classical mechanics. In this book emphasis has been placed on the logical ordering of topics and appropriate formulation of the key mathematical equations with a view to imparting a clear idea of the basic tools of the subject and improving the problem solving skills of the students. The book provides a largely self-contained exposition to the topics with new ideas as a smooth continuation of the preceding ones. It is expected to give a systematic and comprehensive coverage of the methods of classical mechanics.

Based on years of practical instruction and theoretical studies, the article puts forward a set of reforms of textbooks for courses in Engineering material and machine building fundamental. The improved textbook tends to be more systematic and manifold in form and be more a synthesis in content of theory and practice with greater emphasis on applicability and comprehensivity.
