    Assessment of cane straw as a suitable material for bioconversion through steam treatment and enzymatic hydrolysis

    The technics of enzymatic hydrolysis of protein in scallop processing wastes-scallop skirts by using several endoenzymes, mixed endoenzymes and exopetidases are studied in this paper. The hydrolysis effect of the multi-step enzymatic hydrolysis using mixed endoenzymes (trypsinase ∶substilisin=3∶1) and Flavourzyme is the best. Through the orthogonal test, the optimum conditions for two-step enzymatic hydrolysis using Flavourzyme are determined to be as follows ∶ enzyme added 250 U/g,enzymolysis time 55 h,temperature 55℃,pH 65. The degree of hydrolysis is 682%, the concentration of free amino acids in the hydrolysate is 7840 g/L,and that of essential amino acids is 3157 g/L.

    This paper presents technology conditions of enzymatic hydrolysis of poplar wood powder. The pretreatment conditions are 900 g/L propionic acid, 3 g/L HCl, reaction temperature 121 ℃, reaction time 90 minutes. The best conditions of enzymatic hydrolysis are 50 ℃ of enzymatic hydrolysis temperature, 1.00 mL cellulose per 100 g (substrate), 50 g/L of substrate concentration and 72 hrs of hydrolysis duration.The glucose content may reach 22.5 g/L.

    The optimal condition of enzymatic hydrolysis was studied by using straw pulp as a raw material.The influences of enzyme dosage,pH value,hydrolysis temperature,pulp concentration and hydrolysis time were investigated,and enzymatic hydrolysis was optimized by orthogonal experiment.The optimal condition of enzymatic hydrolysis was determined as follow:enzyme dose 27,U,pH 5.5,hydrolysis temperature 50,℃,pulp concentration 2%,hydrolysis time 60,h.Under this condition,the cellulose enzymatic hydrolysis yield can reach 75.8%.

    Using different doses of 60Co-γ to irradiation straw for pretreatment,then the enzymatic hydrolysis was conducted to pretreated straw.The results showed that in comparison with control,after enzymatic hydrolysis of 400,800,1 200,1 600 and 2 000 kGy of 60Co-γ pretreated straw for 96 h,the enzymatic digestibility increased by 1.5,2.2,3.0,3.1 and 2.6 times,respectively.A certain dose of 60Co-γ irradiation can reduce the contents of cellulose and hemicellulose in straw and destroy microcosmic physical structure of straw,thereby influencing the enzymatic digestibility of straw.

    ABSTRACT In an attempt to elucidate the effect of microwave pretreatment (MP) on enzymatic hydrolysis of rice straw (RS), three distinct MP procedures, microwave treatment (MT) alone, MT and alkali treatment (AT) together, and MT after AT, were investigated and compared with conventional alkali pretreatment (AP) by measurement of reducing sugar during its enzymatic hydrolysis. The combination of MT and AT could significantly accelerate the hydrolysis rate whereas the hydrolysis yield stayed unchanged. The effect of miwcrowave irradiation power and treatment time on the hydrolysis was also studied, and the optimal hydrolysis conditions were determined by an orthogonal experiment.

    Soybean protein isolate was produced into soybean peptide based on physical methods and enzymatic hydrolysis technology. Hydrolysis process parameters of soybean peptide were determined and their effects on hydrolysis were analyzed. The results showed that when it is 55℃, pH value is 8.5, substrate concentration is 3%, enzyme concentration is 6% and hydrolysis time is 1.0 h, the degree of hydrolysis can reach 92.27%. This follows that microwave can increase the degree of hydrolysis by 5% compared with other pretreatments

    [Objective]The aim was to research the impact of factors of enzymatic hydrolysis for glueosinolate in broccolini seeds,determine the optimum conditions of enzymatic hydrolysis and identify the enzymatic hydrolysis products.[Methods] Take the broccolini seeds powder as the material,the impact of the different temperatures,pH value and time respectively was analysed and the enzymatic hydrolysis products were identified by GC-MS.[Result]The results showed that the optimum enzymatic hydrolysis conditions for the glucosinolate were time 8 h,temperature 25 ℃,ph 7.0 and five compounds were identified from the enzymatic hydrolysis products of the glucosinolate by GC-MS and they accounted for 80% of the whole volatile products.[Conclusion] This paper identified the optimum conditions of the enzymatic hydrolysis for glucosinolate in broccolini seeds and provided the theoretical basis of broccolini seeds for anticancer activity.

    In order to improve the purity of RDX in nano-structured explosive by eliminating bacterial cellulose(BC),enzymatic hydrolysis was adopted.The effects of explosive on enzymatic hydrolysis of BC,such as enzyme concentration,hydrolysis time and temperature were investigated.The results show that RDX inhibits enzymatic hydrolysis of BC and hydrolysis degree of BC(HDBC)varies with enzyme concentration,hydrolysis temperature and time;HDBC increases with the increase of enzyme concentration and hydrolysis time at 45 ℃,50 ℃ and 55 ℃;the best temperature of enzymatic hydrolysis for BC is around 50 ℃.
