The invention relates to a device (1) for interconnecting solar cells rear-face contacts (PV1, PV2), characterized in that it comprises at least one layer of a fiber fabric (10) electrically insulating comprising among said fibers (10), at least a portion (100) of wire or ribbon in an electrically conductive material arranged to be flush with the surface of at least one part of the fabric to form a zone (101) contact electric intended to be connected to a contact pad located on the rear side of a cell. The invention also relates to a module of photovoltaic cells contacts interconnected rear face comprising an interconnection device (1) arranged along the rear face (F2) of the cells, and a method for manufacturing such a module.
