ОБСЛЕДОВАНИЕ СОСТОЯНИЯ ПРОТИВОПОЖАРНОЙ ЗАЩИТЫ АВТОЗАПРАВОЧНЫХ СТАНЦИЙ

Examination results of the gasoline retail stations’ (GRS) fire protection system states and fire events testify that, practically, on each GRS there are violations of the fire safety requirements which at any extent may result to the fire. A need of the fire - technical examination fulfillment appears which allows to estimate the level of the subject of protection fire safety. The existing types of GRS are characterized by the different degree of the fire danger stipulated by a special layout and structural decisions as well as features of their allocation with respect to surrounding objects. As a bases for securing the GRS fire safety one can consider the expert system, which may combine into the single complex the questions of examination and the main measure fulfillment control. The initial event of the accident at the GRS is a leaking of the fire-explosion-danger product that may occur owing to the depressurization of the container (reservoir), depressurization of the road tank, depressurization of the filling device the trestle. On leaking fuel from the vessel equipment of the GRS and the presence of the fire source the danger of the fire arises. It isn’t possible to realize the conception of the GRS fire protection system, in which the human factor is absent, but the method of the complex securing of the fire safety will allow to minimize an inattention at examination and mistakes assumption. Creation of the expert system containing the necessary requirements and actual standardized basis will significantly help on protection objects examination and also for increasing level of reliability of the examiner work and therefore will allow to estimate the level of the protection object fire safety.
