Новые направления тестирования лекарственных средств с использованием плюрипотентных стволовых клеток

2015
Pluripotent stem cells (including induced) can differentiate into various cells of the adult organism. The presence of pluripotent cells in the adult organism is subject to scientific debate, although studies have shown that there is a possibility of obtaining pluripotent cells from adult human fibroblasts in vitro in a process called cell reprogramming. There are both ethical and technical difficulties associated with obtaining cultures of cells from pluripotent stem cells. These problems relate, including the practice of test drugs on cultured cells of animals and humans. Such problems can be solved by using their own stem cells, or by cloning them. There was a need to develop new areas of testing drugs using cell cultures and cell lines derived from pluri-multi-potent stem cells.
