The present invention discloses a method of cleaning a heat exchanger phosphate concentrate, the method uses a washing liquid is a dilute hydrofluoric acid solution, and organic phosphonic acid corrosion inhibitor consisting of deposition, and cleaning water to change then heat cleaned to remove the fouling technology with cleaning fluid. Cleaning solution, fluorosilicic acid 5% to 20% of the dilute acid; organic phosphonic acid inhibitor is an amino trimethylene phosphonic acid, hydroxy ethylidene diphosphonic acid and hydroxy ethylidene 1,1-diphosphonic acid ; film-forming substance is nitrosophenylhydroxylamine ammonium salt, and hexamethylenetetramine and sodium molybdate. Alkyl sulfonate surfactant is added when used. Concentrated phosphoric acid and removal techniques of the present invention, the heat exchanger can be efficiently, complete removal of the graphite heat exchanger fouling, corrosion while effectively cleaning liquid control device, compared with the conventional cleaning method, cleaning method of the present extended period, shorten the time each cleaning, wash thoroughly, greatly improve the heat transfer efficiency graphite heat exchanger, thereby increasing the production capacity of the equipment.
