Two-differential-pressure moisture flow on-line measuring device and method

The invention discloses a two-differential-pressure moisture flow on-line measuring device and method. The device comprises a Venturi flowmeter on the upstream part, a spindle flowmeter on the downstream part and a processor. The opposite ends of the Venturi flowmeter and the spindle flowmeter are connected through a flange. The Venturi flowmeter and the spindle flowmeter are connected with the processor. The processor is provided with a moisture two-phase flow measuring module, and gas-liquid two-phase flow is output on line according to input parameters. The Venturi flowmeter is arranged in front of the spindle flowmeter, and influences caused by the flowermeter on the front portion on a flow field and the flowmeter on the rear portion are reduced to the greatest degree. The spindle flowmeter is of a good streamline structure, is small in flow resistance, has the good flow stabilizing and interference resisting ability and is arranged on the downstream part of the Venturi flowmeter, and therefore the measuring performance of the combined flowmeter can be improved to the greatest degree.
