Novel mirna molecules isolated from human embryonic stem cell

The present invention relates to a novel miRNAs molecules, and more particularly to a novel miRNA molecule isolated from human embryonic stem cells. miRNA molecule provided by the present invention will be useful as a molecular marker for the early stages of embryo development of undifferentiated human stem cells. In addition, miRNA molecules of the invention will be an important feature in the regulation of the mammalian embryonic stem cells. Therefore it will be useful in analyzing the control network of the human embryonic stem cells.
