A synthetic method of ultra high temperature ZrC / SiC composite ceramic precursor resistance, comprising the steps of: (1) under an atmosphere of an inert gas protection, the zirconocene dichloride dissolved in an organic solvent, stirring and adding an organic lithium compound, with compound, to obtain a active ingredient; (2) under an inert gas atmosphere protection, halosilane monomer is added to a stirred solution of step to obtain component b (1) the active ingredient obtained in a polymerization reaction occurs, dropwise terminator was added to terminate the reaction, filtered and concentrated, purified by precipitation and dried in vacuo to obtain high-temperature resistant ZrC / SiC composite ceramics precursor. The present invention starts from a monomer, step polymerization, controllable and uniform chain length of the product, and can be further prepared high purity and good uniformity ZrC / SiC composite ceramics; simple two-step process, the reaction to ambient temperature and pressure conditions easy to control, readily available raw materials, suitable for mass production.
