Hematopoietic stem cells from umbilical cord blood have developed a method to safely grown to an extent sufficient to hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, such as clinical application to adult patients, further, conventional very mesenchymal stem cells or between minority had only to many preparing mesenchymal cells, only immortalizing gene of telomerase or the like introduced into the mesenchymal stem cells, mesenchymal cells, etc., and the mesenchymal stem cells proliferate and induce differentiation.
