An optical measurement device

The present invention discloses a method for measuring an optical device, optical device belongs measurement, microwave photonics art. In the present invention a method based on the conventional method of measuring the optical device on the light single sideband modulation, single sideband using two optical detection signals (i.e., carrier signal comprises optical detection and unilateral carrier suppression) combined, eliminated beat frequency measurement error introduced by the high-order sideband between adjacent sideband by the optical detection signal, thereby greatly improving the measurement accuracy of the system and the dynamic range. The present invention also discloses an optical measurement system device. The present invention can achieve high-definition and high accuracy measurement of the optical device such that the optical device based on optical measurement techniques to practical single sideband modulation.
