Rho subfamily proteins in cancer invasion and metastasis

Rho subfamily proteins(RhoA,RhoB,RhoC) play an important role in cell signal transduction and cell motility.Rho subfamily proteins,especially RhoC,were closely involved in cancer invasion and metastasis.Thorough study of the roles of Rho proteins in cancer invasion and metastasis will be helpful for the treatment of malignant tumor.
