Light-cured waterproof coating for polymer substrate and preparation method of light-cured waterproof coating

2015
The invention relates to the technical field of polymer materials and requires to protect a light-cured waterproof coating for a polymer substrate. The light-cured waterproof coating comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 49-75% of photosensitive resin, 5-45% of a waterproof fluorocarbon functional diluent, 5-20% of a photosensitive corsslinked diluent, 1-6% of a photoinitiator and 0-8% of matting powder. The light-cured waterproof coating for the polymer substrate is used for solving the problem for coating the existing light-cured coating on the surface of the polymer substrate, and the obtained coating has no white marks after being heavily pressed, no paint film falling after being rubbed for 300 times and no folding marks after being bent for 20 times, and the waterproof effect of the coating meets the industrial requirement.
