Study on the dynamic optimal allocation of distribution network switches considering the uncertainty of source-network-load

With the development of distribution network construction, load growth accelerated, distributed generator accessed, equipment failure and other uncertain factors increased, distribution network switch optimization strategy is difficult to formulate. To solve this problem, this paper firstly analyzes the influence of distribution network planning uncertainty factors, on this basis, the optimal objective function is established, which use the reliability cost (investment costs, operation and maintenance costs, scrap costs) and reliability benefit (interruption cost and network loss cost) of switching equipment that had been converted to the first year of the plan, use memetic algorithm to solve the switch optimization scheme, the simulation analysis of configuration scheme of static distribution optimization at each phase and multi-phase dynamic optimization are carried out respectively. The results show that the multi-phase optimization scheme compared to simple superposition of single phase optimization scheme, the reliability is high, and the cost is lower.
