Objetive/Methods: We present the clinic case of a 36-year-old man diagnosed with LightChain Deposition Disease (LCDD) and bilateral reduction of visual acuity. Results/Conclusions: The patient presented a bilateral Serous detachment of the neurosensory retina, which referred completely after 4 months. At the present time his retina remains attached after undergoing autologous transplant of haematopoietic progenitor cells.
