The present invention discloses a three-dimensional measurement method and a device, wherein the method and the device are applied to electronic equipment. The method comprises the steps of according to each pattern in a pre-stored line-shift initial pattern group, deleting the even rows of the pattern in the line-shift initial pattern group; sending each pattern with the deleted even rows in the line-shift initial pattern group to a projector; receiving each pattern in a line-shift projection pattern group corresponding to each pattern with the deleted even rows in the line-shift initial pattern group; according to each received pattern in a Gray code projection pattern group and each pattern in the line-shift projection pattern group, determining the row decoding value and the column decoding value of a Gray code; according to the row decoding value, the column decoding value, the locally stored calibration result of an image acquisition device and the projector, and a pre-stored measurement method, determining the three-dimensional point cloud coordinates of a to-be-measured object. In this way, the accuracy of measurement results is improved.
