Rapidly cured type anti-rusting coating and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a rapidly cured type anti-rusting coating which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 70-90 parts of ultraviolet curing matrix coating, 1-10 parts of tetrabutyl titanate, 1-10 parts of titanium dioxide, 2-9 parts of tributyl phosphate, 1-7 parts of zinc phosphate, 1-5 parts of lauryl sodium sulfate and 1-5 parts of glycerinum; the preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, adding the ultraviolet curing matrix coating into a reactor, stirring, sequentially adding other components, uniformly stirring and reacting. The anti-rusting coating disclosed by the invention and the conventional ultraviolet curing matrix coating which is generally used in China are applied to experiment testing related to corrosion electrochemistry, and the result shows that the corrosion resistance of the coating is greatly improved as compared with the corrosion resistance in the prior art.
