Derivatives quinolylpropylpiperidine, their preparation and compositions containing them.
2002
A derivative quinolylpropylpiperidine, characterized in that it corresponds to the general formula: for which R1 is a hydrogen atom or halogen atom or a hydroxy, amino, alcoilamino, dialcoilamino, hydroxyamino, alcoiloxiamino or alkoyl amino alkyloxy, R2 represents a carboxy radical, carboxymethyl or hydroxymethyl, R3 represents an alkyl radical (1 to 6 carbon atoms) substituted by a phenyl radical which may itself carry 1 to 4 substituents [chosen from halogen, hydroxy, alkyl, alkyloxy, trifluoromethyl , trifluoromethoxy, carboxyl, alkyloxycarbonyl, cyano or amino], for cicloalcoiltio radical in which the cyclic portion contains 3 to 7 links, or by a heterocicloiltio aromatic radical of 5- to 6 comprising from 1 to 4 heteroatoms selected from nitrogen, oxygen or sulfur and optionally itself substituted [by halogen, hydroxy, alkyl, alkyloxy, trifluoromethyl, trifluoromethoxy, oxo, carboxyl, alkyloxycarbonyl, cyano or amino], and R4 represents an alkyl radical (containing 1 to 6 carbon atoms), alkenyl-CH2- or alkynyl-CH2- cicloalcoil (whose alkenyl or alkynyl portions contain 2 to 6 carbon atoms), or cicloalcoilo alkoyl (whose cicloalcoilo portion contains 3 to 8 carbon atoms), it being understood that the radicals and alkoyl portions are straight or branched chain and contain (unless specially mentioned), from 1 to 4 carbon atoms, under its diastereoisomeric forms or their mixtures and / or their cis or trans forms, as well as their salts.
