The isolating switch comprises a switch base frame, wherein bearing supports are arranged at both ends of the switch base frame respectively, post insulators are fixed on the bearing supports respectively, conductive knife switches are installed at the upper parts of the two post insulators, and horizontal pull rods are installed at the lower parts between the two post insulators in a staggered manner to form a single-pole isolating switch; and the single-pole isolating switch is driven by operating the bearing supports on the switch base frame, and when a rotating shaft of the post insulator on one side of the bearing support clockwise rotates for 90 degrees, the horizontal pull rods between the two post insulators drive the post insulator on the other side of the bearing support to anticlockwise rotate for 90 degrees, and a conductive switch is opened or closed. The utility model has the benefits that the isolating switch adopts the outdoor three-phase alternating AC high-voltage electrical apparatus (50Hz), provides the high-voltage lines to be switched under pressure without load, realizes the safe electric isolation to the maintained high-voltage bus, the circuit breaker and other devices, ensures the normal power supply and avoids an accident. Therefore, the isolating switch has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in adjustment, reliable operation, smooth action and the like.
