Application of finite perturbation method in calculating g-factors of free radicals

A procedure has been developed for calculating tensors of g-factors in the INDO approximation, using a basis of gradient-invariant AOs. For radicals with low excitation energies (large shifts of the g-factors), the procedure demonstrates advantages in comparison with results obtained by the well-known Stone formula.
