Video Objective To describe the endocervicoscopy technique for the identification of acetowhite lesions before cervical cone. Setting All women with a diagnosis of persistent low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions and non-visible or partially visible union colposcopy and patients with HSIL and non-visible or partially visible union colposcopy. Patients with previous excisional treatments were excluded. Interventions Endocercoscopy technique for identification of acetowhite lesions placed in the endocervical canal Conclusion We show our experience in the implementation of a previously described practice. We show a good correlation between the location seen in the endocerviscoscopy and the surgical piece, that is the main objective to achieve tailored treatments.
