The adjusting device comprises a fixed sleeve, inside which a coil is arranged, and the static iron core, wherein the fixed sleeve is fixedly arranged in a welding gun shell, the tail end of a moving iron core is inserted from the front end of the fixed sleeve and can slide in the fixed sleeve, the front end of the static iron core is inserted from the tail end of the fixed sleeve and is mounted at the tail end of the fixed sleeve, a lifting clearance is reserved between the moving iron core and the static iron core, a screw extends into the fixed sleeve from a through hole of the tail end of the fixed sleeve and is screwed to the tail end of the static core, an end cap of the tail end of the screw is blocked outside the fixed sleeve, a spring sleeves the screw, the two ends of the spring are respectively abutted against the internal sidewall of the tail end of the static core and the internal sidewall of the tail end of the fixed sleeve, and the end cap is tightly close to the external sidewall of the tail end of the fixed sleeve under the action of the spring. The adjusting device has the advantages that the structure is simple, and the lifting clearance can be conveniently and reliably adjusted.
