Establishment of Oceanic Local Geomagnetic Field Model Using Surface Interpolating

The geomagnetic filed model is mathematic expression of geomagnetic field.There are many methods to establish the geomagnetic field model.The multinomial and surface spline function are appropriate to local geomagnetic field.The principle and establishing method of surface spline function is discussed in the paper and the model's precision is proved.
