In the formula, 50<=n<=200, (p) means 1-5, R1-R3 are selected from the group of an alkyl group and arylalkyl group, and R4 is selected from the group of an alkyl group, arylalkyl group and polyorganosiloxane chain, and R5 is selected from the group of an alkyl group and aryl alkyl group.
