According to the invention a method of cleaning a turbomachinery stage (100) comprises at least one of the steps: Introducing a cleaning nozzle (1) through an opening of a turbomachine, in particular through an inspection opening (220); and Applying a blade (100) of the step by solid particles which sublimate in the blade temperature, in particular by dry ice particles.
