Plasmon Induced Photovoltaic Effect in Vertical Homojunction of Multilayer Graphene

The present invention relates to a photoelectric device including multilayer graphene, which acts for carrier generation by light and acts as a plasmon separator at the same time. The present invention provides the multilayer graphene-based photoelectric device through plasmon coupling including a (a) substrate, a (b) lower electrode, a (c) nanostructure layer, a (d) multilayer graphene layer, and a (e) upper electrode.
