A Fast Screening Algorithm for EEG Data Features Based on GPU

In this paper we propose a fast method to screen EEG data based on GPU. The method takes the whole gene pathway as a whole, takes its EEG data pathway as a specific variable, and quantifies each pathway by using distance metrics. It uses the idea of dimensionality reduction to map the characteristics of EEG data to a few indicators. The experimental results show that the proposed method has better advantages in the feature analysis time and screening precision of EEG data than the similar methods.
