4) The sharp increase in R 0 on manganese alloying of FeCo (ordered alloys of group Ig and disordered alloys of groups II and IiI) is due to increase in the mobility of a small number of holes in the almost filled d~ subband, in all other cases the main contribution to R 0 comes from electrons in the s and.p subbands.
