Resonance frequency and radiative Q-factor of plasmonic and dieletric modes of small objects

The authors investigate the problem of electromagnetic scattering by small objects perturbatively starting from the electroquasistatic and magnetoquasistatic limits, and introduce closed form expressions for the resonance frequency and radiative Q-factor of plasmonic and dielectric modes.
