The present invention relates to a thin film solar cell module and a method of manufacturing the same. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the thin film solar cell module includes a substrate, a lower electrode layer on the substrate, a light absorption layer on the lower electrode, an upper electrode layer on the light absorption layer, and a protection layer on the upper electrode. The protection layer is extended from the side of the light absorption layer to the lower electrode layer. The protection layer includes a moisture absorbent.
