In the whole world, sexual harassment against women is on the surge. It has more than one type. In Pakistan, harassment cases against women are seen in educational institutes as well. Due to it, family, community, and cities are afflicted. In developed countries, most of the cases are reported however, in a developing country like Pakistan, many of the cases are not even reported. Reporting such cases in Pakistan is no less than getting mentally raped after the physical assault. An ostensible view of Pakistan tells that students who are not subjected to sexual assault are less than two or three percent. Obviously, teachers and other faculty are found guilty of it. Teachers are considered as a most important facet of society and if they are involved in such heinous crime, the destruction of society is inevitable. The journey to attain higher education and study in Universities, the fear of deteriorated reputation in case of reporting sexual harassment, and its after-effects weave a net that pushes women to either bear it or commit suicide as she completely fails to cope with the pressure. In many examples of sexual assault, every possible toil was done by the family to curb the issue. The affected students hesitate in the attainment of their rights due to bad reputation and social pressure attached to it. Important thing is to consider the issue with utmost seriousness and amend the laws in the constitution along with spreading awareness in public. If it's not done now, in near future, formidable consequences will be seen which is neither lucrative for society nor our moral values. That is why there should be a legal solution to such matters. The guilty should be prosecuted. In this paper, the facts will be presented related to it along with the analysis of social, economical, and mental issues in the light of the teachings of the Prophet.
