Tests of thermionic transformers

The results of tests of a series of laboratory thermionic single-element electrogenerating assemblies with electrical heating of the emitter are described which, with respect to the materials used, the technology, and structural form, basically simulate the experimental assemblies ES-6-1 and ES-6-2, which were tested in a nuclear reactor.
