Thistarget required thedevelopment ofan innovative transimpedence architecture herepresented: it operatesa single-ended-to-differential current conversion, leading thecircuit tooperate asa fully differential transimpedance structure, improving signal immunity. Theproposed device hasbeendesigned ina 0.13ptm CMOS technology andoperates fromasingle 1.5Vsupply voltage.
