A CAD model for the Spoof Surface Plasmon Polariton Waveguides for Terahertz Integrated Circuits

We present a circuit model for Spoof Surface Plasmon Polariton waveguides for terahertz. The proposed model minimizes the design process enabling computer-aided-design tools as the design environment and is verified by fabrication and measurements.
