Influence of the solvent on the conformation of a chain molecule

Molecular dynamics results are reported for a simple two‐dimensional model; a flexible trimer consisting of three hard disks and 61 hard disks of the same type enclosed in a square box. The results of these simulation indicate that solvent plays on important role in determining chain conformations.(AIP)
